Return and exchange policy

Our products are only available on order and therefore we do not offer an exchange or
refund once the order goes into production.
• We accept no cancellation or refund on Custom made products
• You are responsible for the careful selection of your goods
• Natural flaws and imperfection in wood are not damages and defects
• All items are packed with the utmost care, but the courier company does not take
any responsibility. Hence, in the rare case if the product is damaged during transit,
we will examine the case and the proof of damages will be required to offer repair or
refund in the case customer chooses to get repairs (a proof of repair receipt will be
required)
• MARJAN will repair any crack / split / termite / insects within 3 months of purchase
free of cost, Client will be charged for complete repair work for any product that has
cracking / splitting / termite / insects' issues found after 3 months of purchase. But the
item will be examined first
